Rt Agent is operated by Rtstics. This policy explains what we collect when you use Rt Agent and when visitors chat with agents built on it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the content you upload to train agents, chat transcripts, and contact details visitors choose to share in conversations.

How we use it

To run your agents, show you conversations and leads, and improve reliability. We do not sell data. Your content is only used to answer questions for your own agents.

Isolation

Each workspace's data is isolated. Other customers cannot access your agents, knowledge or conversations.

Appointment booking (Cal.com and Juvonno)

If a business connects Cal.com or Juvonno, details a visitor gives to book an appointment (name, email, phone, chosen time) are sent directly to that business's own booking account. For Juvonno, new patients must also provide date of birth and gender because Juvonno requires them to create a patient record. These details are used only to make the booking, are never sold, and are never used to train AI models. The business's own agreement with Cal.com or Juvonno governs how those services store the data. Connection keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shown in the browser.

Meta Muse and other AI connectors

Workspace owners can create a connector key so an AI assistant such as Meta Muse can read their own workspace's leads, conversations, bookings and knowledge. Each key is limited to the permissions the owner chooses, only sees that one workspace, is stored only in hashed form, is rate limited, and can be revoked at any time.

Optional Google tracking

Website owners may turn on Google Ads or Analytics tracking for their chat bubble. When enabled, chat events (such as a chat starting or a booking being made) are sent to the website owner's Google account. Message contents are not sent. The website owner is responsible for cookie consent on their site.

Email notifications

Workspace owners receive an email when a new visitor starts a chat, containing the opening messages of that conversation.

Your rights
