Your content

You own what you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to process it to run your agents.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rt Agent for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes, or to collect data without proper notice to your visitors.

AI answers

Agents answer from your content but can still make mistakes. Review important answers and correct them in the inbox.

Clinics and healthcare

Rt Agent helps with answering general questions and scheduling appointments. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or triage. Clinics are responsible for the information their agents share and for meeting the health-privacy rules that apply to them.

Third-party services

When you connect Cal.com, Juvonno, Meta Muse or Google tags, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You are responsible for keeping your connection keys safe and for revoking them if they are exposed.

Free access

Rt Agent is currently free. We may introduce plans and usage limits later with advance notice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
